The Special General Meeting will take place via a Zoom call (just like the 2020 AGM) at 2pm on Sunday 31 October 2021. Please ensure you have registered and received your Zoom link prior to the event and have reached out to the wardens if you need any assistance. 

During this meeting, those who have been nominated via the nomination slips will stand for election to the Nomination Panel. A virtual vote will occur to determine our 5 representatives who will be the Parish Nominators on the Nomination Panel. 

To gain access to the SGM, it’s important that you pananiachurch@hotmail.com prior to the meeting. Everyone who signs up will be sent a personalised link to the SGM. This personal link will then be who the registered vote for Parish Nominators comes from. If two or more people in a household wish to vote, it’s important that they all sign up to attend individually and the on the day log in on separate computers as all voting will be done electronically by registered user. Please note, the SGM will follow the official process as legislated. It will not have any open response or question sections. If you have any questions or input, please send it to the wardens prior to the meeting.
